We can comfortably cater for 100 to 1,000 people. A thousand guests simply takes a little longer and needs a sharper service plan. We will be honest about timing and whether bringing in a friendly second truck would make the experience better.

Venue requirements
Our preferred setup is two 15-amp power outlets. If your venue cannot provide that, it is absolutely fine—tell us early and we can bring a generator. We will also confirm safe truck access, a level serving position and the practical setup before the wedding.

Absolutely. Mexican Tucka brings good food, good vibes and a proper fiesta to weddings across the Sunshine Coast. We can accommodate most dietary requirements and can even help arrange tables and chairs when needed.

Yes. We can serve at private properties across the Sunshine Coast and bring our own generator when power is not available. That means we can be in the middle of a beautiful field, serving burritos to a dancing crowd—provided there is safe, suitable access and a level place for the truck.
We can cater for weddings from 100 to 1,000 guests. Larger crowds need a little more service time and planning, and we can discuss extra food trucks when that would make the day run better.

Yes. Our nachos are fully gluten-free and coeliac-friendly. Burritos and quesadillas can be made gluten-free, and vegetarian and vegan choices are available. Tell us the requirements early so we can plan safely.
